Aliens
Roswell, New Mexico, USA (allegedly everywhere else too) 📍
No cryptid roster is complete without the classic Grey — the almond-eyed, oversized-head visitor that's been the default mental image of an alien since Roswell put the shape on the map in 1947. Decades of contactee reports and Hollywood help turned that silhouette into a design icon. We're just here to make sure the head shape is right.
No cryptid roster is complete without the classic Grey — the almond-eyed, oversized-head visitor that's been the default mental image of an alien since the mid-20th century. The archetype crystallized after the 1947 Roswell incident and got a permanent upgrade from decades of contactee reports, alleged abductions, and a few too many blockbuster movies. Whether you think they're extraterrestrial scientists, interdimensional tourists, or a shared cultural hallucination, the Grey has become as much a design icon as a folklore figure — instantly recognizable on a bumper sticker from fifty feet away. We're less interested in proving anything and more interested in doing that head shape justice in ink.
